Gmail Promo Trash is a personal email-management application developed by Echo Lake Systems. It helps its authorized user identify older promotional email from explicitly approved senders and move qualifying messages to Gmail Trash.
The application accesses Gmail only after authorization by the Google account owner. Cleanup rules are explicitly defined, and messages must satisfy those rules before they are eligible for cleanup.
Qualifying messages are moved to Gmail Trash rather than permanently deleted. Gmail Promo Trash does not empty Gmail Trash, send email, or use Gmail data for advertising.
Google Account access is provided through OAuth 2.0 and can be revoked by the account owner at any time.
Gmail Promo Trash handles Google user data according to the Gmail Promo Trash Privacy Policy.
